Humanitarian Support

Supporting major peacekeeping and humanitarian interventions, in some of the world’s toughest environments, has been the backbone of our teams’ commitment and our greatest pride. Since 2016, we have been the suppliers of aircargo services for some of the world’s largest peacekeeping operations, delivering food-rations to tens of thousands peacekeepers distributed across continental-sized frontline in the Central (2016-2023) and Eastern (2023 - ongoing) African Region, on a daily basis. This has involved the operation of a dedicated fleet of multiple aircraft type and the setting up of a unique technical platform. Over the years, we have maintained a close to 100% delivery success rate, renewing our contract on a yearly basis and adapting our operation to our client’s constant changing tactical requirements.

Turn-Key
Global Emergency Response

Whether we use our own fleet or rely on aircraft of trusted providers, our teams are capable to deliver swift and reliable responses to the most complex emergencies. Case study: Following the start of hostilities in the Caucasus region, we were contracted to organize an urgent humanitarian supply-chain to the region. In less than one week, despite several restrictions, we set up a dedicated collection, packing and distribution center at our hub at Katowice International Airport in Poland, in addition to a biweekly airbridge, usually consisting of deliveries of 10T to 20T or 100-150 cubic meters of urgent humanitarian goods, handling all aspects of the supply chain (packing, transport, custom clearances, etc.) for our client.

Emergency Transportations

We have a long history of operating flights for demanding clients (heads of states, government members, business stakeholders or individuals in need of special care). Case study: Since 2018, we have been one of the main private air transporter of VIPs in challenging areas (frontlines, parks, mining operations, etc.) in the Central African Region. As such, our team has built a strong culture of reliability, as well as a deep understanding of these individuals’ safety and security requirements. We have had recurrent projects for American and European state departments, embassies, as well as UN and regional organizations.

Passenger Services

Our fleet’s diversity enables us to transport individuals, groups and ticketed passengers, on a charter or scheduled basis, between international airports and remote runways alike. Case study: In South Sudan we operated fixed wings aircraft throughout the country. Our operation includes the setting up of flight programs for NGOs, international institutions and local companies. Likewise, in neighboring Central African Republic we have been operating the only regular touristic scheduled flight route to the Dzanga-Sangha Special Reserve for many years.
